About Asbestos Awareness
The objective of this course is to provide awareness and develop knowledge among employees about the hazards and risks posed by asbestos containing materials (ACM's). This course is not designed for anyone that is planning on undertaking any work with ACM’s. The course further gives an overview of the legislative measures in place to allow employees to safeguard themselves and others affected by work activities.

Who is it for?
Asbestos Awareness training is recommended for all workers who may encounter asbestos when undertaking their daily duties on buildings constructed before the year 2000. The aim of this course is to provide workers with information relating to the likely location of asbestos within these buildings and how to safeguard themselves and others whilst undertaking their daily duties. This course is designed to prevent workers from disturbing all types of asbestos and is designed for delegates not planning on undertaking any removal of bonded products containing asbestos.
